A tip about stick travel when working on hand technique.
How can I use it?

Ensure that the stick travels straight up and down. This is the most efficient way for the stick to travel, retaining the most energy whilst being easier on your hands.
Whilst this may seem obvious, it’s often forgotten in the pursuit of speed - which we’re all tempted by at some point!
So taking a minute to focus on this aspect of your practice will help you to see really big results relatively quickly.
